Public Involvement

OOPS!
It looks like you don't have flash player 6 installed. Click here to go to Macromedia download page.
City Hall is the People’s House.
The creation of our city hall master plan can also build community and connect residents to their government.

We aim to be:
  • Inclusive
  • Transparent
  • Accountable
We use the International Association of Public Participation (IAP2) Core Values for Public Participation as a guide. Our goal is to inform people about the project, collaborate with the public to envision their house of government, and involve people in the decision-making process by reporting their opinions and concerns to City Council. We report back to the public about the use and impact of their input.

2006-2008 Public Involvement Plan Includes:

Citizen Interviews to gain insight on how the community initially viewed the project and the process of public involvement
